- The General Payment Conditions of Transport en Logistiek Nederland, filed with the District Court of The Hague on 2 July 2002 under number 69.
- For storage and physical distribution: the "Physical Distribution voorwaarden 2000", filed on 1 September 2000 with the District Courts of Amsterdam (no. 177/2000) and Rotterdam (no. 116/2000).
