Our work activities are also governed by the General Payment Conditions of “Transport en Logistiek Nederland”, lodged at the Office of the District Court in The Hague on 2 July 2002 under No. 69.
Storage and physical distribution services are governed by our Physical Distribution Conditions 2000, lodged on 1 September 2000 at the Office of the District Courts in Amsterdam (No. 177/2000) and Rotterdam (No. 116/2000).
